Maverick Construction specializes in what the others say is "impossible, implausible, can't be done."

I saw him drill over 90 piers to bedrock to secure the foundation of the cantilevered house at 629 Sequoia Valley, Mill Valley. still standing, no cracks, no settling...

no one else would touch that one.

The reason that Pete sometimes gets in over his head is simple; he takes on jobs that everyone else says are "impossible, precarious, not advisable, blah, blah" In fact, I have seen his crew drill 95 piers to solidify the foundation on a cantilevered house on a 30 degree slope (629 Sequoia Valley rd. MV) and several others that could never have been built without his expertise.

That's why he's Maverick. Just the facts ma'am...

I really want to thank you for referring me to Steve Simontacchi.
I had a legal problem regarding a home purchase in Marin and he was very helpful. He spend a fair amount of time on the phone with me, and advised me how to attempt to resolve the issue on my own. He explained my legal rights, and he suggested what I put in my letter
in order to get my problem solved.

I agree. Pete McKenzie of Maverick Construction is known to abandon his jobs, not fulfill his contracts, fails to pay his subs and then threatens or sues the homeowner.
